i've been caught in a messy tangle of senioritis-related stuff, where i sit here and don't really do much--though i have homework. given that i have 8 more weeks of school, i should really start to care about my AP exams and making sure I pass so i don't get rescinded from any colleges.
two weeks ago i was in New York and it was absolutely beautiful. i don't think i'd mind working there one day, maybe for an internship. it's so beautiful and the city is stunning. the lit up city is such a sight. my stay there was not long enough but i loved it. i can't wait to go back!
also, i'm 18 now! it's weird being legal but that's kinda cool. it's interesting that i'm an adult now. oh, and i got my first piercings! yay, i love my piereced ears!
anyway, as for college plans, i've come to the decision that i will be attending UC Irvine in the fall. though this was not what i had intended to do, somehow God has led me to attending this school. i appealed to UCSB and UCSD, but it's all in God's hands. i'm not stressing it anymore because God's going to work it all out. but if God does open any of those doors, i'm most likely going to take it. i'm actually visiting Irvine this weekend! so it should be exciting! hopefully i really like the school and the environment!
on another note, i got Los Laureados last week! click this link to learn about Los Laureados!) and it was such a blessing! i was elated and so excited to receive it :')
OH! so Prom season is here and i am facing dilemnas on whether or not i should go, but i love Prom season. i am very amused by boys using every ounce of their creativity to ask a girl to prom in a special way. okay yeah prom also includes some drama and it kinda sucks but it's whatevs. people don't need to make a big deal out of stuff. just be sincere.
